摘要
结合伤寒六经九分法探讨中医临床经典的传承。认为可以用宏观视野把握经典叙述的位置,用基本规律驾驭经典提供的方药,用后世经验补充经典内容的不足。从整个热病诊疗以及临床治疗的角度理解中医临床经典,可为中医教育和临床提供便利。
Combined with the method of six channels and nine differentiation methods of febrile diseases,this paper discusses the inheritance of clinical classics of traditional Chinese medicine.It is considered that we can grasp the position of classical narration from a macro perspective,control the prescriptions provided by classics with basic laws,and supplement the shortcomings of classical content with the experience of later generations.Understanding the clinical classics of traditional Chinese medicine from the point of view of diagnosis and treatment of febrile diseases can facilitate the education and clinic of traditional Chinese medicine.
