摘要
隐私和身份有着天然的亲密关系,这种关系多大程度上受到信息通信技术的影响需要探索。注重隐私和身份的互动,一方面有助于理解隐私如何随着数字识别技术而发生改变,而另一方面,数字身份的识别技术使隐私侵犯问题变得十分严重。因此,隐私保护的核心功能是身份的可识别性,即对可识别信息流的分析和映射。从长远来看,这种隐私保护框架有利于提升隐私保护的质量和相应标准。
There is a natural relationship between privacy and identity,to what extent is this relationship is affected by information and communication technologies needs to be explored.Focus on the interaction between privacy and identity,on the one hand,it helps to understand how privacy changes with digital recognition technology;on the other hand,the identification technology of digital identity make the problem of privacy infringement very serious.Therefore,the core function of privacy protection is the identifiability of identity,that is,the analysis and mapping of identifiable information flow.In the long run,this privacy protection framework is conducive to improving the quality and standards of privacy protection.
