摘要
目的以两位名中医为例,探索不同名中医治疗肺癌用药经验的共性规律,为名中医治疗肺癌的经验总结与传承提供数据支撑。方法基于复杂网络算法,对两位不同的名中医临床电子病历进行挖掘分析,找出其辨证与用药经验的共性规律。结果发现了两位名中医对肺癌的辨证分型的共性之处为气阴两虚、痰瘀郁肺、痰瘀互结;针对不同的证型,两位名中医常用中药的共性之处为北沙参、南沙参、麦冬、天门冬、太子参、炙僵蚕、炙鳖甲、半夏、生薏苡仁等。结论借助复杂网络算法,本研究构建不同名中医的"证-证"和"证-药"复杂网络,通过分析不同复杂网络图谱的相似之处可以挖掘分析不同名中医治疗肺癌用药规律的共性特点,对当代名中医经验总结与传承有重要的临床意义。
Objective Taking two famous TCM as examples,to explore the common law of the medication experience ofdifferent famous TCM in the treatment of lung cancer,and to provide data support for the summary and inheritance of theexperience of famous TCM in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods Based on complex network algorithm,two differentclinical electronic medical records of famous Chinese medicine were excavated and analyzed to find out the common lawbetween syndrome differentiation and medication experience.Result The common points of the two famous TCM’s syndrome differentiation and typing of lung cancer are deficiency of both qi and yin,stagnation of phlegm and bloodstasis,phlegm and blood stasis.According to different syndrome types,the common points of the two TCM’s commonlyused TCM are Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix PseudostellariaeRoot,Stir-fried Silkworm,fried turtle shell,Pinellia ternata,raw Coix seed,etc.Conclusion With the help of complexnetwork algorithm,the complex network of syndrome-syndrome and syndrome-medicine of different famous TCM can beconstructed.By analyzing the similarities of different complex network atlases,the common characteristics of differentfamous TCM in treating lung cancer can be excavated and analyzed,which is of great clinical significance for thesummary and inheritance of the experience of contemporary famous TCM.
