摘要
长江流域作为南水北调、引汉济渭等重大引调水工程的水源区,其经济活动和发展机会在一定程度上受到限制。在生态保护的同时,长江流域如何实现经济的协同发展,从而更好地保护绿水青山,是研究的重要目标。针对长江流域重大引调水工程水源区,提出其生态产品价值实现机制,包括管控制度和保障机制,为促进长江流域生态保护及经济社会的可持续性发展提供支撑。
Yangtze River Basin,as the water source area of some major water diversion projects such as South-to-North Water Diversion Project and Han-to-Wei Water Diversion Project,has limited economic activities and development opportunities to a certain extent.At the same time of ecological protection,how to achieve coordinated economic development in Yangtze River Basin,so as to better protect the clear water and green hills is an important goal.The realization mechanism of ecological product values of water source area of major water diversion projects in Yangtze River Basin are put forward,including the control system and guarantee mechanism,to provide support for promoting the sustainable development of ecological protection and economy in Yangtze River Basin.
