摘要
丰满水电站全面治理(重建)工程在建设初期,提出了"创国优工程"的目标。为了再度提高丰满水电站机电安装工艺质量,基于对传统电缆排布工艺进行的全过程工艺质量研究,分析出现的质量工艺问题,研究可行的改进措施,通过采用BIM建模、电缆三维优化系统、增加辅助措施、提高员工质量意识等有效措施,提高电缆排布的质量工艺,从而提高了电缆敷设排布的整体观感,实现了特殊部位电缆排布的规律性及一致性。
In the early stage of construction,the comprehensive management(reconstruction)project of Fengman Hydropower Station put forward the goal of"creating national excellence project".In order to achieve this goal,the technical quality requirements of each construction are very high,and the mechanical and electrical installation technology for Fengman Hydropower Station is very high.By studying the whole process quality of the traditional cable arrangement process,analyzing the problems of the quality process,aiming at the improvement measures of the feasibility of Fengman Hydropower Station engineering research,improving the quality process of cable layout by adopting effective measures such as BIM modeling,cable three-dimensional optimization system,increasing auxiliary measures and improving staff quality awareness.
