摘要
针对井下电气设备日益发展的现状,以及大倾角工作面需要电缆拖拽的严峻形势,研究一种较为新型的辅助卷缆设备。该设备可以通过机械软连接的结构形式,实现卷缆动力端和卷缆输出端的差速打滑,从而实现卷缆速度与采掘设备速度时刻同步,并将电缆排布在卷缆设备上,基本上解决了井下电缆拖拽的问题。
In view of the current situation of the development of underground electrical equipment and the severe situation of cable dragging in large inclined working face, a new type of auxiliary cable winding equipment is studied. The equipment can realize the differential sliding between the power end of the winding cable and the output end of the winding cable through the mechanical soft connection structure, so as to realize the synchronization of the winding cable speed and the mining equipment speed at all times, and arrange the cables on the cable winding equipment, basically solving the problem of cable dragging in the underground.
