摘要 大型抽水蓄能电站建设周期较长,建设难度较大,尤其是机电安装工程,较常规水电站更加繁杂,增加了静止变频启动装置、调相压气系统等,同时在抽水、发电不同工况下控制、保护系统也更加复杂。目前,国家抽水蓄能电站建设迎来大发展,但抽水蓄能电站工程建设在人力技术资源、投资控制、管理效率等方面矛盾也日益显现,EPC总承包模式被正式引入国内大型抽水蓄能电站建设中。基于国内首个采用完整EPC模式的大型抽水蓄能电站——辽宁清原抽水蓄能电站EPC总承包项目,在实施过程中,清原EPC总承包部对总承包模式下的机电安装工程质量管理的探索,对EPC总承包模式下机电安装工程从采购、产品设计、设备制造、供货仓储、安装、调试、消缺全过程的质量管理的分析总结。 The construction cycle of large pumped storage power plants is long,and the construction is difficult,especially the mechanical and electrical installation Engineering which is more complex than the conventional hydropower stations,and the SFC,variable phase and pressure gas system are added.At the same time,the control and protection system under different conditions of pumping and power generation are more complex.At present,the construction of Pumped Storage Power Plants has ushered in great development,but the construction of pumped storage power plants in human technical resources,investment control,management efficiency and other aspects are also increasingly emerging,and the EPC general contract mode has been formally introduced into the construction of large pumped storage power plants in China.This paper is based on the first complete EPC mode of large pumped storage power plants——Liaoning Qingyuan Pumped storage Power plants EPC general contracting project,in the implementation process,the EPC general contracting management department of the general contracting mode of mechanical and electrical installation engineering quality management,to the EPC general contracting mode of electromechanical installation engineering from procurement,product design,equipment manufacturing,storage,installation,debugging and Defect Eliminating the whole process quality management analysis and summary.
