摘要
以某科技创业园项目为例分析了EPC工程在施工图阶段针对原扩初设计方案进行结构设计优化的要点。通过对桩基础、地下室底板、人防范围、地下室外墙、地下室梁板布置、上部主体结构选型等方面的综合分析比较,确定了合理的结构形式和布置。通过施工图阶段对方案的合理优化调整,达到了节省工程总体土建造价,合理控制项目实施成本的效果。结构优化设计以保证工程质量为前提,突出设计方案合理化、精细化。分析过程对其他项目的实施具有一定参考作用。
This paper taken a science and technology enterprise park project as an example to analyze the key points of structural design optimization of EPC project in the construction drawing stage according to the original expansion design scheme. Through the comprehensive analysis and comparison of pile foundation, basement bottom plate, civil air defense range, basement exterior wall, basement floor beam and plate layout, upper main structure selection and other aspects, the reasonable structure form and layout were determined. Through the reasonable optimization and adjustment of the scheme in the construction drawing stage, the overall civil construction cost of the project was saved and the implementation cost of the project was reasonably controlled. Structure optimization design to ensure the quality of the project as the premise, prominent design scheme rationalization, fine. The analysis process has a certain reference for the implementation of other projects.
