摘要
本文在分析湖南省水生态文明现状的基础上,构建了湖南省水生态文明评价指标体系库。根据湖南省各区域的水生态文明特点,采用聚类分析法将全省划分为4个水生态分区,并采用基本指标和特色指标相结合的评价方法,对各分区内基本指标采用层次分析法确定指标权重和得分。以第一分区的典型城市长沙市作为案例,分析长沙市的水生态文明现状,评价结果合理。通过湖南省水生态文明评价指标体系的构建,以期为其他区域的水生态文明评价指标提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of water ecological civilization in Hunan Province,this paper constructs an evaluation index base of water ecological civilization in Hunan Province.According to the characteristics of water ecological civilization in various regions in Hunan Province,the whole province is divided into 4 water ecological divisions by cluster analysis method.The evaluation method combining basic indexes and characteristic indexes is adopted,and the index weight and score are determined by AHP for basic indexes in each division.Changsha,a typical city in the first division,is taken as a case to analyze the current situation of water ecological civilization and the evaluation results are reasonable.Through the construction of evaluation index system of water ecological civilization in Hunan Province,it is expected to provide reference for evaluation index of water ecological civilization in other regions.
