苦碟子多糖口服液制备工艺

The Preparation Technology of Ixeris souchifolia Polysaccharide Oral Liquid

摘要 采用水浸提法从传统中药材苦碟子中提取水溶性多糖,通过添加木糖醇、柠檬酸、红枣浆及海藻酸钠改良口味并提高稳定性。苦碟子多糖水浸提工艺的最佳条件为:浸提温度63.2℃、液料比值26.1 mL/g、浸提pH6.82、浸提时间142 min,此条件下多糖提取率为33.16%±0.45%。同时,采用模糊数学法结合正交试验,确定口服液最佳配方:木糖醇添加量4%、柠檬酸添加量0.16%、红枣浆添加量10%、海藻酸钠添加量0.06%。此条件下制备的苦碟子多糖口服液酸甜可口,具有红枣香气,可被大众所接受,对人体保健具有重要意义。 The water-soluble polysaccharides were extracted from Ixeris sonchifolia of traditional Chinese medicine by water extraction.Xylitol,citric acid,jujube pulp and sodium alginate were added to improve the taste and improve the stability.The optimum condition for water extraction of polysaccharides from Ixeris sonchifolia was as follows:the extraction temperature 63.2℃,liquid-to-material ratio of 26.1 mL/g,extraction pH 6.82 and extraction time of 142 min.Under this condition,the extraction rate of polysaccharides was 33.16%±0.45%.At the same time,the optimum formula of oral liquid determined by using the method of fuzzy mathematics and orthogonal test was that xylitol of 4%,citric acid of 0.16%,jujube pulp of 10%,and sodium alginate of 0.06%.The Ixeris sonchifolia polysaccharide oral liquid prepared under such condition was tasty and had the aroma of jujube which could be accepted by the public.It was of great significance to human health.
