摘要
目的调查滨州市肺结核患者登记情况,分析其流行特征,为结核病防控工作提供参考。方法收集滨州市结核病防治院《传染病监测系统》中2011-01-01-2020-12-31肺结核患者资料信息,使用Excel 2013进行数据的整理和图表制作,采用SPSS 22.0对数据进行统计分析,构成比和百分率的比较采用χ^(2)检验。结果2011-2020年滨州市共登记肺结核8888例,平均登记率为22.92/10万,登记率从2011年的35.77/10万下降至2020年的15.70/10万,χ^(2)=531.27,P<0.05。但是7个县(区)间登记率差距较大,4个县(区)登记率高于全市平均水平,3个县低于全市平均水平。男性6029例,女性2859例,男性患者的平均登记率为30.82/10万,女性患者平均登记率为14.88/10万,χ^(2)=1074.57,P<0.05。55~年龄组患者最多,为1616例,各年龄组间比较差异有统计学意义,χ^(2)=212.14,P<0.05。农民患者最多,占79.07%。每年的春季和初夏季节为结核病的高发期,冬季最少。结论滨州市的肺结核登记率呈逐年下降趋势,男性、老年人、农民是今后结核病防治的重点人群。
Objective To investigate the registration of tuberculosis patients in Binzhou city and analyze the epidemic characteristics of tuberculosis,providing scientific evidence for further prevention and control.Methods The Information Disease Surveillance System reported pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Binzhou Tuberculosis Hospital from January 1,2011 to December 31,2020 were collected.Excel 2013 software was used for the sorting of data and charts,SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis,χ^(2) test was used to compare the composition ratio and percent.Results Totally 8888 pulmonary tuberculosis cases were reported in Binzhou during the period of January 1,2011 to December 31,2020,the average registration rate was 22.92/100000.The registration rate dropped from 35.77/100000 in 2011 to 15.70/100000 in 2020(χ^(2)=531.27,P<0.05).However,there was a large gap in the registration rate among the seven counties(districts).The registration rate of four counties(districts)was higher than the average level of the whole city,and that of three counties was lower than the average level of the whole city.The number of male cases was 6029 and that of female cases was 2859,the average registration rate of male patients was 30.82/100000 and that of female patients was 14.88/100000(χ^(2)=1074.57,P<0.05).Most patients were in people aged over 55,totaling 1616 cases.The difference among age groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=212.14,P<0.05).Farmer was the most common occupation of patients,accounting for 79.07%of the total.The annual incidence of tuberculosis was high in spring and early summer,but least in winter.Conclusion The annual registration rate showed a downward trend of TB patients in Binzhou.The male,elderly and farmer are the key groups in the future tuberculosis prevention and control work.
