摘要
以新疆冬枣为研究试材,采用浓度为0、1、10、100μmol/L的茉莉酸甲酯(Methyl jasmonate,MeJA)雾化熏蒸处理,研究MeJA雾化熏蒸处理方式对冬枣贮藏期间转红指数、硬度、可溶性固形物(Total soluble solids,TSS)、可滴定酸(Titrate acid,TA)、呼吸强度和乙烯释放量变化的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,不同浓度的Me JA雾化熏蒸均能保持冬枣的品质,延缓果实成熟衰老进程;Me JA雾化熏蒸能延缓冬枣果实的转红、TSS含量及TA含量的降低,保持较高的硬度,有效抑制冬枣果实贮藏期间的呼吸强度和乙烯释放量;其中,10μmol/L MeJA雾化熏蒸处理的冬枣贮藏品质最好。
The winter jujube as the experimental materials were fumigated by atomized methyl jasmonate(MeJA).The effects of different concentration(0,1,10,100μmol/L)of MeJA fumigation on the postharvest quality of winter jujube were studied.The red index,hardness,soluble solids content,titratable acid content,the respiration intensity and ethylene production of winter jujube during the storage were all determined.The results showed that,compared with control group,MeJA treatment groups maintained the storage quality of winter jujube and delayed the senescence regardless of the concentration.MeJA treatment decreased the fruit red index,soluble solids content and titratable acid content and maintain the hardness.The respiration intensity and ethylene production of winter jujube were inhibited by MeJA treatment as well.The 10μmol/L MeJA treatment showed the better effects than the other treatments.
