摘要
进入新时代,高校后勤在改革创新过程中遇到了思想管理理念落后、管理体制与运行机制不完善、改革目标与实际实施不协调、后勤管理队伍综合素质水平不高等问题。对此,高校后勤应创新理念,实施精益化管理,这是当前高校后勤实现改革教育目标的主要研究课题。
In the process of reform and innovation,university logistics in the new era has encountered some problems,such as backward ideological management concept,imperfect management system and operation mechanism,uncoordinated reform objectives and actual implementation,as well as lower level of the comprehensive quality of logistics management team.Therefore,for realizing the educational goal,university logistics management reform should innovate concepts and implement lean management.
