高校高层次人才引进对策——毕节市的实践与经验 被引量:5

High-Level Talent Introduction Strategies in Colleges and Universities--Practice and Experience in Bijie

摘要 随着现代社会的不断发展,我们不仅要注重科技进步和教育发展,也需要关注高层次人才的培养,而高校在输出高层次创新人才方面起着不可替代的作用。高校要想实现自身良好发展,关键在于人才,一流高校更需要一流教师作为支撑,需要学识渊博的学科带头人和高层次的人才队伍促进其发展。面对经济全球化这一发展趋势,高等教育面临着全新的机遇和挑战。基于此,本文从创新人才培养的内涵和毕节市高校高层次人才引进的现状出发,分析了基于毕节市创新人才培养的高校高层次人才引进中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,以期为相关研究奠定基础。 Continuous development of modern society asks for technological progress and educational development,and also the cultivation of high-level talents.Meanwhile,colleges and universities play an irreplaceable role in exporting innovative talents.For colleges and universities,their development relies on the support of talents,especially first-class teachers.Furthermore,profound discipline leaders and high-level talent team play an ultra important role in their development.In the face of the development trend of economic globalization,higher education is facing new opportunities and challenges.From this,this article analyzed the existing problems in the talent introduction of Bijie based on the connotation of innovative talent cultivation and the current situation of talent introduction in Bijie.Finally,we put forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to lay the foundation for related research.
