摘要
数字化与智能化高速发展的时代背景下,数字政府与电子政务平台的建设极大地发挥了互联网优势,优化了政府部门的资源配置,提高了政府部门的办公效率。政务档案资源在数字化工具的开发下,展现出更全面化、更深层次的价值。文章探讨了如何建立全覆盖的政务档案资源体系以及利用区块链、政务图谱等技术方法构建档案资源辅助决策模式,最终赋能数字政府制定政策过程。
In the era of rapid development of digitalization and intelligence,the construction of digital government and e-government platforms has greatly leveraged the advantages of the Internet,optimized the allocation of government resources,and improved the efficiency of government departments.With the development of digital tools,government archive resources have shown more comprehensive and deeper value.This article discusses how to establish a fully-covered government archive resource system and how to use blockchain,government map,and other technical methods to build an archive resource-assisted decision-making model,ultimately empowering the digital government to formulate policies.
