摘要
加铺沥青超薄罩面层已成为旧水泥混凝土路面预养护中较为成熟的技术之一,为了进一步推广橡胶沥青材料在超薄罩面层中的应用;从橡胶沥青超薄罩面层的特性出发,借助有限元分析方法,量化分析了橡胶沥青超薄罩面层在静力学作用下的力学行为特点,并基于研究结果给出了超薄罩面层的厚度建议值;最后就橡胶沥青超薄罩面层在路面层预养护中的具体应用进行了阐述,为罩面层的推广应用提供了参考。
Paving the asphalt ultra-thin overlay has become a proven technique for the pre-maintenance of old cement concrete pavement.To further promote the application of rubber asphalt materials in the ultra-thin overlay,starting from the characteristics of the rubber asphalt ultra-thin overlay,the static behaviors of the rubber asphalt ultra-thin overlay were quantitatively analyzed by the finite element analysis,and the recommended thickness of the ultra-thin overlay was determined according to the research result.This paper expounded on the solid application of the rubber asphalt ultra-thin overlay in pavement pre-maintenance,providing a reference for the promotion and application of the overlay.
