摘要
文章在分析总结期刊用户研究方面存在的不足后,提出将用户洞察理论应用到期刊用户研究中。以《河北工程大学学报(社科版)》为例,以用户科研过程为研究内容,详细介绍了学术期刊用户洞察框架构建过程。通过用户洞察,深刻理解不同用户群体的差异,并制定了精准的、与之匹配的用户工作方案,提升了用户黏性和期刊运营能力。
This paper analyzes and summarizes the shortcomings of journals in user research,and proposes to apply the user insight framework theory to the research of journal users.Taking Journal of Hebei University of Engineering(Social Science Edition)as an example,taking the user research process as the research content,this paper introduces the construction process of the user insight framework of academic journals in detail.Through the research,we have deeply understood and insight into the differences between different user groups,and formulated an accurate operation scheme matching them,effectively played the editorial department’s ability,and properly used resources to enhance the differential competitive advantage and user stickiness of journals.
