彩色超薄磨耗层抗滑性能研究

摘要 将矿粉与聚氨酯树脂相结合成新型聚氨酯涂层,并撒铺防滑粒料形成彩色超薄磨耗层。采用万能试验机、小型加速加载试验机、摆式仪等设备研究分析聚氨酯树脂的拉伸性能以及超薄磨耗层的抗滑性能,结果表明:矿粉的掺入能提高树脂的拉伸强度与韧性,但随着掺量的增加而逐渐降低。较空白样而言,掺入矿粉的超薄磨耗层的抗滑性能优于空白样,并能降低工程成本。通过回归分析得出指数模型y=A·e(-x/B)+C能合理的描述其抗滑性能与荷载作用之间的关系。 The mineral powder was combined with the polyurethane resin to form a new polyurethane coating,and the non-slip pellets were sprinkled to form a color ultra-thin wear layer.The universal testing machine,small accelerated loading test machine,pendulum instrument and other equipment were used to study and analyze the tensile properties of polyurethane resin and the anti-sliding performance of ultra-thin wear layer.The results showed that the incorporation of mineral powder improved the tensile strength and toughness of resin.Compared with the blank sample,the ultra-thin wear layer incorporated by the mineral powder had better anti-sliding performance than the blank sample,which could reduce the engineering cost.The exponential model y=A·e(-x/B)+C obtained through regression analysis can reasonably describe the relationship between its anti-sliding performance and loading.
