玉米不同种植年限对土壤磷库及含相关功能基因微生物群落的影响 被引量:1

Effect of different cultivation years of maize on soil P pool and microbial community harboring combined functional genes

摘要 研究了沙质草地开垦后,玉米不同种植年限下土壤磷库变化及磷循环的微生物过程。选取科尔沁地区沙质草地开垦后种植玉米不同年限(10yr,20yr和60yr)的土壤,探究了土壤磷形态变化规律及微生物的作用。结果表明:长期(60yr)种植玉米的土壤中速效磷(3.28mg·kg^(-1))和全磷(0.34g·kg^(-1))含量较10yr分别显著提高至7.81 mg·kg^(-1)及0.56g·kg^(-1)(P<0.05);活性磷和中等活性磷含量呈先上升后下降趋势,稳态磷含量持续上升。另外,种植玉米60yr土壤较10yr降低了丛枝菌根真菌的丰度;土壤碱性磷酸酶活性显著增加(P<0.05)。高通量测序结果表明:种植玉米60yr后,土壤中含phoD基因细菌的多样性显著下降,群落结构发生明显改变。土壤pH值、全碳和全氮与含phoD基因细菌群落的变化显著相关,这表明长期种植玉米造成土壤碳、氮及pH值的改变影响了土壤磷循环过程。 The purpose of this study is to study the changes of soil P pool and the microbial process of P cycle in maize under different cultivation years after reclamation of sandy grassland.In our study,the soil with different years of planting maize after reclamation of sandy grassland in Horqin area(10yr,20yr and 60yr)is selected to explore the change law of soil P forms and the role of microorganisms.The results show that the contents of Olsen-P(3.28mg·kg^(-1))and TP(0.34g·kg^(-1))in soil under 60yr cultivation are significantly higher than those of 10yr(7.81mg·kg^(-1)and 0.56g·kg^(-1),respectively)(P<0.05);The contents of labile P and moderately labile P increase at first and then decrease,and the stable P content increase continuously.In addition,long-term maize cultivation decrease the abundance of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and increase soil alkaline phosphates activity(P<0.05).Through highthroughput determination,it is found that the diversity and community structure of phoD-harboring bacteria change significantly after maize cultivation with 60yr.Meanwhile,soil pH,TC and TN are significantly correlated with the changes of bacterial community containing phoD gene,which indicate that the changes of soil C,N and pH caused by long-term cultivation of maize affect the process of soil P cycle.
