摘要
喘证是临床常见的肺系疾病之一,相当于西医学的支气管炎、肺炎、肺气肿等。该病易受环境、自身免疫等因素的影响导致其迁延不愈,严重影响患者生活质量。小青龙汤是临床治疗喘证的常用方剂,由于中医治疗疾病多采用辨证论治的原则。因此,本次研究探析小青龙汤加减治疗喘证的证治规律,为临床医师或学员提供更多的关于该方药临床运用的资料,以提高临床用药的准确性。
Asthma is one of the common lung diseases in clinical practice,which is equivalent to bronchitis,pneumonia and emphysema in western medicine.The disease is susceptible to environment,autoimmunity and other factors that cause delayed healing and seriously affect the quality of life of patients.Xiaoqinglong decoction is a commonly used prescription for clinical treatment of asthma syndrome.Due to the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diseases.Therefore,this study explores the diagnosis and treatment regularity of addition and subtraction of Xiaoqinglong decoction in the treatment of asthma syndrome,and provides clinicians or students with more information about the clinical application of the prescription so as to improve the accuracy of clinical medication.
