摘要
目的对莫哈韦丝兰的化学成分进行系统研究,以增强其植物资源开发力度,扩大其临床应用范围。方法综合应用多种色谱方法,如大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS以及高效液相法对莫哈韦丝兰的化学成分进行分离纯化,并利用理化性质与核磁共振波谱数据鉴定它们的结构。结果从莫哈韦丝兰70%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:丁香脂素(1)、(-)-丁香脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、(-)-开环异落叶松脂酚(3)、异落叶松脂素(4)、threo guaiacyglycerol-8′-vannillic acid ether(5)、山柰酚(6)、槲皮素(7)、双氢山柰酚(8)。结论化合物1-5和8为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To complete the chemical study of Yucca schidigera Roezl(Mojave) systematically,as well as to enhance the development of the plant resources and clinical application of it.Methods The compounds from Y.schidigera were isolated by chromatographic methods such as D101 resin,silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS and HPLC,and the structures are elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified as syringaresinol(1),(-)-syringaresinol 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),(-)-secoisolariciresinol(3),isolariciresinol(4),threo guaiacyglycerol-8′-vannillic acid ether(5),kaempferol(6),quercetin(7),(2R,3R)-dihydro kaempferol(8),respectively.Conclusion Compounds 1-5 and 8 were obtained from Yucca genus firstly.
