摘要
目的研究蝙蝠蛾拟青霉菌丝体中环二肽类化合物的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、制备型HPLC等色谱方法,对蝙蝠蛾拟青霉菌丝体的甲醇浸提物的正丁醇萃取物进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定分离得到化合物的结构。结果分离得到8个环二肽类化合物,经鉴定分别为环(脯-缬)二肽[cyclo(Pro-Val)](1)、环(脯-苯丙)二肽[cyclo(Pro-Phe)](2)、环(脯-异亮)二肽[cyclo(Pro-Ile)](3)、环(脯-亮)二肽[cyclo(Pro-Leu)](4)、环(亮-缬)二肽[cyclo(Leu-Val)](5)、环(苯丙-缬)二肽[cyclo(Val-Phe)](6)、环(丙-缬)二肽[cyclo(Val-Ala)](7)、环(丙-苯丙)二肽[cyclo(Ala-Phe)](8)。结论化合物1-8为首次从瓶梗青霉属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of cyclo-dipeptide compounds from Paecilomyces hepiali mycelium.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified from the n-butanol extract of methanol extract of Paecilomyces hepiali by chromatographic methods such as silica gel column chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography.The structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data.Results Eight cyclo-dipeptide compounds were isolated and identified as cyclo(Pro-Val)(1),cyclo(Pro-Phe)(2),cyclo(Pro-Ile)(3),cyclo(Pro-Leu)(4),cyclo(Leu-Val)(5),cyclo(Val-Phe)(6),cyclo(Val-Ala)(7)and cyclo(Ala-Phe)(8),respectively.Conclusion Compounds 1-8 are obtained from Paecilomyces Bain for the first time.
