摘要
直肠前突型便秘常见于经产妇女性,属于难治性疾病。文章从脊督学说立论,阐述直肠前突型便秘的病因病机、治则治法,同时佐证一则临床验案,丰富了中医治疗直肠前突型便秘的理论基础,同时也为直肠前突型便秘的治疗提供了新方法和新思路,以期给临床提供借鉴。
Rectocele constipation is a refractory disease,which is common in postmenopausal women.From the viewpoint of governor vessel,this paper expounds the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles and methods of rectocele constipation,and supports a clinical case,which not only enriches the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rectocele constipation,but also provides new methods and ideas for the treatment of rectocele constipation,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
