基于构件性能的区域RC框架结构地震损伤预测

摘要 为达到区域震损预测方法中评估精度与计算效率的平衡,本文提出了一种基于构件性能的区域RC框架结构地震损伤预测方法。利用基于构件变形的抗震性能评估体系及机器学习算法,构建结构几何特征参数、设计特征参数与结构震损程度之间的非线性关系。对比了8种机器学习算法的评估效果及泛化能力,提出了高效的区域结构震损预测方法。最后,以广州市某住宅区为例,通过无人机技术提取区域结构的几何特征参数,实现了区域RC框架结构震损预测全过程。结果表明:本文提出的方法能够高效预测区域结构各构件的性能状态分布,并直观呈现区域结构的性能水准。本文为区域RC框架结构的震害预测提供了有效的方法和重要的应用案例。 In order to achieve a balance between the evaluation accuracy and calculation efficiency in the regional seismic damage prediction method,this paper proposes a regional RC frame structures seismic damage prediction method based on component performance.The nonlinear relationship between the design characteristic parameters,geometric characteristic parameters and seismic damage was constructed by seismic performance evaluation system based on component deformation and machine learning algorithm.The evaluation effect and generalization ability of eight machine learning algorithms were compared,and an efficient prediction method for seismic damage of regional structures was proposed.Finally,a residential area in Guangzhou was taken as an example,the geometric characteristic parameters of regional structures were extracted by UAV technology to realize the whole process of earthquake damage prediction of regional RC frame structures.The result shows that the proposed method can effectively predict the distribution of each component performance state of the regional structures,and intuitively present the performance level of the regional structures.This paper provides an effective method and important application case for seismic damage prediction of regional RC frame structures.
