摘要
本文以实际公建项目为研究对象,优化建筑方案以减少结构不规则项,应用两类结构分析软件进行结构整体弹性分析,针对设定的性能目标,进行整体结构中震计算及搭接转换柱节点大震下的有限元分析,证明1~5层框架柱及核心筒剪力墙可以达到性能水准3要求,搭接柱转换构件可以达到性能水准1要求。为了满足受剪承载力比要求,对搭接转换柱优化为楔形柱,进行有限元分析,证明其同样满足大震弹性要求。
Based on the actual public project as the research object, firstly, optimization of architectural design scheme to reduce structural irregularities. After that, two kinds of structural analysis software are used to analyze the overall elasticity of the structure. Then, in view of the performance goal setting, the medium earthquake calculation of the overall structure and the finite element analysis of lap conversion column joints under rare earthquakes are carried out, the frame columns and core tube shear walls on floors 1~5 can meet the requirements of performance level 3, lap column conversion members can meet the requirements of performance level 1. In order to meet the requirements of shear bearing capacity ratio, the lap conversion column is optimized as wedge-shape column, and the finite element analysis proves that it also meets the requirements of rare earthquake elasticity.
