摘要
基于文化治理视角论述公共图书馆转型的三面棱镜,即现代公共文化服务体系、社会力量参与共建、公民文化权利意识觉醒,分别指向公共图书馆的责任使命、服务实施路径及服务水平;从顶层设计、表达机制、城乡一体、高新技术、跨界合作等方面对文化治理视角下的图书馆转型提出思考。
Based on the perspective of cultural governance,this paper discusses the three prism of the transformation of public library,that are the modern public cultural service system,the participation of social forces in the joint construction,the awakening of citizens’awareness of cultural rights,respectively pointing to the responsibility mission of public library,the service implementation path and the service level.This paper puts the transformation thinking of the book library in the perspective of cultural governance from the top-level design,the expression mechanism,the urban-rural integration,the high-tech and the cross-border cooperation.
