摘要
[目的/意义]通过对科研机构档案利用数据进行多维度分析,能够提炼总结出科研机构档案用户利用行为的整体特点与规律,继而有针对性地提升档案利用服务能力。[方法/过程]从时间、内容和目的等多维度对两个典型的科研机构(中国科学院档案馆和国家自然科学基金委员会)的档案利用数据进行分析。[结果/结论]科研机构的部分档案利用需求与特定时间节点呈现关联性,档案用户较为关注特色档案资源和专题档案资源,其利用目的和利用时间、档案的主题存在关联性。科研机构可以通过加强特色档案资源建设、建立档案专题数据库、开展档案数字资源分级存储、把握档案资源开发利用时机来提升档案利用服务能力。
[Purpose/Significance]Through multi-dimensional analysis of archives utilization data of scientific research institutions,we can extract and summarize the overall characteristics and rules of the utilization behavior of archive users in scientific research institutions,which can help to improve the capacity of archives utilization service in a targeted manner.[Method/Process]The archives utilization data of two typical research institutions(the Archives of Chinese Academy of Sciences and the National Natural Science Foundation of China)were analyzed in terms of time,content and purpose.[Result/Conclusion]Some archives utilization demands of scientific research institutions are correlated with specific time points.Archive users are more concerned with featured archive resources and thematic archive resources.And there is a correlation between the purpose of archive users’utilization and the time of archives utilization and the subject content of the archives utilized.Scientific research institutions can enhance their archives utilization service capacity by strengthening the construction of featured archive resources,establishing thematic archive databases,carrying out hierarchical storage of digital archive resources,and grasping the timing of archive resources exploitation and utilization.
