摘要
目的观察联机血液透析滤过对终末期肾病患者肾功能及透析充分性的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年7月我院收治的83例终末期肾病患者,根据透析方法的不同分为对照组(血液透析+血液灌注,n=40例)与观察组(联机血液透析滤过+血液灌注,n=43例),比较两组肾功能及透析充分性。结果两组透析后血尿酸(BUA)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平均低于透析前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组透析后BUA、SCr、BUN、β2-MG水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组β2-MG清除率、尿毒清除率(Kt/v)、尿素氮下降率(URR)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联机血液透析滤过可改善终末期肾病患者肾功能,提高透析充分性。
Objective This paper aims to observe the effects of online hemodiafiltration on renal function and dialysis adequacy in patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD).Methods The clinical data of 83 ESRD patients admitted from January2018 to July 2020 were retrospectively collected.They were divided into the control group(hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion,n=40)and the observation group(online hemodiafiltration combined with hemoperfusion,n=43)according to different dialysis methods.The renal function and dialysis adequacy between the two groups were compared.Results After dialysis,levels of blood uric acid(BUA),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)andβ2 microglobulin(β2-MG)in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),which were lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The clearance rate ofβ2-MG,clearance rate of uremia(Kt/v)and urea reduction rate(URR)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Online hemodiafiltration can improve renal function and dialysis adequacy in ESRD patients.
