摘要
目的探讨人工髋关节置换术与内固定治疗髋部骨折对患者髋关节功能评分的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2021年3月我院收治的60例髋部骨折患者,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组采用人工髋关节置换术,对照组采用股骨近端锁定钢板进行内固定。比较两组围手术期指标、Harris髋关节功能评分、并发症发生率。结果与对照组比较,观察组手术时间、术后负重时间、骨折愈合时间显著降低(P<0.05)。与术前及对照组术后比较,观察组术后疼痛、功能、畸形、关节活动度评分显著增高(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组并发症发生率显著降低(6.67%<30.00%,P<0.05)。结论与内固定治疗比较,髋关节置换术治疗髋部骨折患者,可显著改善髋关节功能评分,且安全性较高,值得临床重视。
Objective:To explore the effect of artificial hip replacement and internal fixation on hip function score in the treatment of patients with hip fracture.Methods:60 patients with artificial hip fracture admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021,which were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with artificial hip replacement,while the control group was treated with proximal femoral locking plate for internal fixation.The perioperative index,Harris hip function score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the operation time,postoperative weight-bearing time and fracture healing time in the observation group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with before and after operation in the control group,the scores of postoperative pain,function,deformity and joint mobility in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group decreased significantly(6.67%<30.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with internal fixation,artificial hip replacement for hip fracture patients can significantly improve the hip function score,which is safe and worthy of clinical attention.
