摘要
研究了阻燃剂和补强填料对三元乙丙橡胶烧蚀性能的影响。结果表明,加入阻燃剂CR505能显著改善EPDM胶料的耐烧蚀性能,其SEM微观形貌表明材料表面形成了一层紧密的炭化层,有效降低了被侵蚀作用;加入白炭黑可在一定程度上改善橡胶材料的烧蚀性能。
Effect of flame retardant and reinforcing filler on ablation performance of EPDM was studied.The results indicated that the ablation resistance of EPDM compound could be significantly improved by adding flame retardant CR505.The SEM micromorphology indicated the surface of the sample had formed a tight carbonized layer and the erosion could be effectively reduced.The ablation performance could be improved by adding silica.
