大芯体压接式支柱复合绝缘子的研制 被引量:4

Development of Crimped Composite Post Insulator with Large Diameter Core Rod

摘要 大芯体压接式支柱复合绝缘子从结构设计、芯体尺寸、材料选用、成型工艺、压接装配等方面进行了研究,满足即使在恶劣环境中的使用要求。端部法兰金具与大直径芯体采用压接工艺装配连接,解决了现有胶装式支柱复合绝缘子在弯曲负荷下的偏移值过大的问题,刚性明显得到提高。外绝缘选用LSR高温硫化液态硅橡胶材料,注射生产效率提高,性能更稳定。在交流550 kV、363 kV、252 kV、126 kV,直流±500 kV、±400 kV电压电站系统中,压接式支柱复合绝缘子的性能优点表现得尤为突出,芯体直径选用Φ130~Φ220 mm,提高了产品抗弯、抗扭负荷的安全裕度,显著提升系统运行的可靠性,是胶装式复合支柱的替代选择。 Research on the structural design,core size,material selection,molding process,compression assembly on the crimped composite post insulators with large diameter core rod has been made.The composite insulators meet the environment requirements,even if in a bad environment.The metal fittings of flanges and the core rod are assembled by crimping technology,which solve the problem of too large deflection under cantilever load of existing glue-mounted composite post insulators and obviously improve the rigidity.The LSR high temperature vulcanization silicone rubbers are used as the external insulation,so that the production efficiency is improved and the performance is more stable.In the power station systems of AC 500 kV,363 kV,252 kV,126 kV and DC±500 kV,±400 kV,the performance of such kind of composite post insulators is particularly prominent.The core rods with diameter ofΦ130 mm toΦ220 mm improve the safety margin of bending resistance and torsion load,and particularly improve the reliability of system operation.It is an alternative choice for the ceramic post insulators and glue-mounted composite post insulators.
