摘要
基于中国2005-2019年的272个城市的面板数据检验了绿色金融对城市经济高质量发展的影响。研究发现:(1)绿色金融能够促进城市的经济高质量发展;(2)机制检验表明绿色金融通过促进绿色技术创新、引导居民绿色消费、推动产业结构升级等途径促进了城市经济高质量发展;(3)异质性检验表明在科教水平低的城市、中小城市和中西部地区的城市,绿色金融对城市经济高质量发展的促进作用更加明显。最后基于研究结论,提出了对绿色金融发展的相关政策建议。
Based on the panel data of 274 cities in China from 2005 to 2019, this paper tests the impact of Green Finance on the high-quality development of urban economy. It is found that:(1)Green finance can promote the high-quality economic development of citie;(2)The mechanism test shows that green finance improves the high-quality development of urban economy by promoting green technology innovation, guiding residents’ green consumption and promoting the upgrading of industrial structure;(3)The heterogeneity test shows that in cities with low level of science and education, small and medium-sized cities and cities in central and western regions, the role of green finance in promoting the high-quality development of urban economy is more obvious. Finally, based on the research conclusions, this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions for the development of green finance.
