摘要
本文通过建立多部门一般均衡模型,模拟量化分析新型与传统基础设施投资对产业结构的影响。研究发现,这两类基础设施投资均有利于推动产业结构升级,且当新型基础设施投资率提高到10%、传统基础设施投资保持现有水平时,产业结构合理化和高级化水平最高。而产业结构合理化主要受收入效应的影响,产业结构高级化主要受收入效应和投资效应的影响,在价格效应、收入效应和投资效应这三种效应的作用下,加大新型基础设施投资有利于推动第三产业发展。
This paper establishes a multi sector general equilibrium model to simulate and quantify the impact of new and traditional infrastructure investment on industrial structure.It is found that these two types of infrastructure investment are conducive to promoting the upgrading of industrial structure.When the investment rate of new infrastructure is increased to 10%and the investment of traditional infrastructure remains at the current level,the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure are the highest.The rationalization of industrial structure is mainly affected by income effect,and the upgrading of industrial structure is mainly affected by income effect and investment effect.At the same time,under the effect of these three effects,increasing investment in new infrastructure is conducive to the development of the tertiary industry.
