摘要
概述了河钢集团宣钢公司(以下简称“宣钢”)连轧型材生产线的主要工艺设备、生产工艺流程及开发耐候角钢的目的,介绍了主要合金元素对耐候钢的耐候性能的影响和作用。通过三次试生产,根据生产过程中出现的问题,分析金相组织,不断优化化学成分和生产过程的工艺参数,最终采取低C、Cu-Cr-Ni-V微合金化、高温大压下率、快烧、快轧的工艺方案,成功开发生产了Q355NHC耐候角钢,产品几何尺寸、表面质量、化学成分及工艺性能均满足标准要求,且耐候指数约高于普通低合金角钢4倍,产品质量稳定。
In this paper,the main equipment,production process and the purpose of developing weathering angle steel in the continuous rolling profile production line of Xuangang are summarized.The influence and function of alloy elements on weathering performance of weathering steel were introduced.Through three trial production,according to the problems in the production process,the metallographic structure is analyzed,the chemical composition and process parameters in the production process are continuously optimized,and finally the process of low C,Cu-Cr-Ni-V microalloying,high temperature and large reduction,fast burning and fast rolling is adopted.The Q355NHC weather-resistant angle steel was successfully developed and produced.The geometric size,surface quality,chemical composition and technological performance of the product all meet the standard requirements,and the weather resistance index is about 4 times higher than that of ordinary low alloy angle steel,and the product quality is stable.
