摘要
锅炉外部检验是保证锅炉安全运行的重要措施之一。本文主要依据《中华人民共和国特种设备安全法》《特种设备安全监察条例》《锅炉安全技术规程》(TSG 11—2020)等法规、标准,针对2017—2020年度苏北部分地区4.0~17.5MPa在用中高压及亚临界电站锅炉外部检验过程中存在的问题进行归纳和分析,以期进一步健全电站锅炉外部检验工作,同时也为电站锅炉规范运行和安全管理提供一定的指导。
Boiler external inspection is one of the important measures to ensure the safe operation of boilers.In order to further improve the external inspection work,and provide some guidance for healthy operation and safety management of power boiler.This paper summarizes and analyzes the problems in the external inspection process of 4.0~17.5 MPa medium high pressure and subcritical power station boilers in some areas of northern Jiangsu during the year of 2017 to 2020,based on Special Equipment Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China,Special Equipment Safety Supervision Regulations,Boiler Safety Technical Regulations(TSG 11—2020)and other relevant regulations and standards.
