摘要
提出了一种共沸反应精馏合成丙交酯的工艺。首先,对共沸反应精馏合成丙交酯进行了实验研究,然后运用Aspen Plus软件对工艺进行流程模拟和优化设计,并得出优化后的各操作参数。结果表明,在共沸精馏下反应,丙交酯产率为82.64%,纯度为98%。采用Aspen软件模拟确定最佳优化的条件为:理论板数15、回流比5、进料位置为第8块塔板、精馏段和提馏段的塔板数分别为4和5,此时,丙交酯产率达到86.48%。实验结果与工艺设计优化结果吻合度较高,为进一步的工业化奠定基础。
An azeotropic distillation process for synthesis of lactide is presented.Firstly,the azeotrope reaction distillation to synthesize lactide is studied.Then Aspen Plus software is used to simulate and optimize the process,and the optimized operation parameters are obtained.The results show that the yield and purity of lactide obtained are 82.64%and 98%,respectively under the azeotropic distillation.The optimal conditions are determined as follows:the theoretical number of plates is 15,the reflux ratio is 5,the feed position is at the 8th plate,the number of plates in the rectification section and the stripping section is 4 and 5,respectively.Under these conditions,the yield of lactide reaches 86.48%.The experimental results are in good agreement with the optimization results of process design,which lays a foundation for further industrialization.
