摘要
地铁明挖车站侧墙施工需要安全稳定的支撑体系作为保障。基于此,首先分析了我国地铁明挖车站侧墙采用大钢模施工面临施工场地受限的现状,并提出了采用承插式盘扣支架支撑体系施工侧墙的技术;其次通过长春地铁5号线一期顺达路站主体结构侧墙施工的工程实例,阐述了明挖地铁车站侧墙采用承插式盘扣支架支撑体系施工的受力计算、效益分析、实施效果,旨在为地铁明挖车站侧墙承插式盘扣支架施工的质量控制及技术推广提供参考。
A safe and stable support system is needed for the construction of the side wall of the open-cut subway station.Based on this,this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of the limited construction site in the construction of the side wall of subway stations in China with large steel formwork,and puts forward the technology of using the disk lock steel tubular scaffold to support the side wall;Secondly taking the side wall construction of the main structure of Shunda Road Station of Changchun Subway Line 5 Phase 1 Project as engineering example,this paper expounds the force calculation,benefit analysis,implementation effect in terms of using the disk lock steel tubular scaffold in construction of the side wall of open-cut subway,aimed at providing reference for construction quality control and technical promotion.
