摘要
地铁明挖车站侧墙施工需要安全可靠的防水混凝土作为保障,基于此,首先,分析了我国地铁明挖车站在建设过程中侧墙混凝土质量缺陷,并介绍了地铁车站侧墙混凝土缺陷整治的技术;其次,依托长春地铁5号线一期工程越达路站主体结构侧墙施工工程实例,阐述了明挖地铁车站侧墙混凝土缺陷整治、质量控制及过程管理分析技术,旨在为地铁明挖车站侧墙混凝土施工缺陷整治及技术推广提供一些参考。
The side wall construction of open-cut metro station needs the waterproof concrete as the guarantee of the safety and reliability.In view of this,it first analyzes the concrete quality defects in construction of open-cut metro station side wall,and introduces the treatment technology of subway station side wall concrete defects.Secondly taking the side wall construction of the Yueda road station main structure of Changchun subway line 5 phase I project as the engineering example,this paper expounds the techniques in terms of defects remediation,quality control and process management analysis,providing reference for the defects remediation and technical promotion of side wall concrete construction in open-cut subway station.
