摘要
                
                    文章探讨了二语习得中学习动机的激发与保持策略。通过行为主义与认知主义动机理论的分析,识别了影响学习动机的内部因素(个人兴趣、自我效能感、归因方式)和外部因素(教师、环境)。研究发现,明确目标、增强自信和积极归因有助于内部激发动机;而优化教师教学和改善学习环境则能外部促进动机。基于这些发现,文章建议通过设定具体目标、提升自信、培养积极归因习惯,以及加强教师培训和改善学习环境来激发与保持学习动机,以提升二语习得效果。
                
                This article explores the strategies for stimulating and maintaining learning motivation in second language acquisition.Through the analysis of behaviorism and cognitivism motivation theories,internal factors(personal interests,self-efficacy,attribution style)and external factors(teachers,environment)that affect learning motivation were identified.Research has found that clear goals,increased confidence,and positive attribution can help stimulate internal motivation;Optimizing teacher teaching and improving the learning environment can externally promote motivation.Based on these findings,this article suggests setting specific goals,enhancing confidence,cultivating positive attribution habits,and strengthening teacher training and improving the learning environment to stimulate and maintain learning motivation,in order to promote second language acquisition effectiveness.
