摘要
目的探讨缺血性脑卒中患者心理弹性与焦虑、抑郁的相关性,并对心理弹性的影响因素分析。方法随机选取2019年6月-2019年11月于本院治疗的103例缺血性脑卒中患者,采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行问卷调查,并收集可能影响患者心理弹性水平相关影响影响因素进行二分类多因素Logistic回归分析。结果本研究中缺血性脑卒中患者心理弹性得分(63.58±8.23)分,存在焦虑状态者49例(47.57%),存在抑郁状态者41例(39.81%),患者CD-RISC量表总分及各维度评分与焦虑、抑郁呈负相关(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:年龄、文化程度、家庭月收入、付费方式及社会支持情况是影响缺血性脑卒中患者心理弹性得分水平的独立相关因素(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者心理弹性得分水平较低,发病后焦虑和抑郁是最常见的负性情绪,与心理弹性得分水平呈负相关。另外,年龄40-59岁、文化程度低、家庭经济情况较差等因素是影响心理弹性得分水平的独立相关因素,因此,应给与更多的社会支持,满足患者需求,进而提高心理弹性水平,提高患者生存质量。
Objective To explore the relationship between mental resilience,anxiety and depression in patients with ischemic stroke,and analyze the influencing factors of psychological resilience.Methods 103 patients with ischemic stroke treated in our hospital from June 2019 to November 2019 were selected randomly.A questionnaire survey were conducted by using the psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC),anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)and depression self-rating scale(SDS).The related influencing factors that might affect the patient’s psychological resilience level were analyzed through a binary multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results In this study,the mental resilience score of patients with ischemic stroke was(63.58±8.23)points,with 49 cases(47.57%)being in anxious state and 41 cases(39.81%)being in depression.The total score of CD-RISC and the scores of each dimension were negatively correlated with the level of anxiety and depression(P<0.05);The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that ages,education level,monthly family income,payment method and social support were the independent factors that affect the mental resilience score of patients with ischemic stroke(P<0.05).Conclusions The mental resilience score of ischemic stroke patients is low.Anxiety and depression are the most common negative emotions,which are negatively correlated with the psychological resilience score.In addition,factors such as ages from 40 to 59 years old,lower education level,poor family financial situation and other factors are independent related factors that affect the level of psychological resilience score.Therefore,more social support should be given to meet the needs of patients,thereby improving the level of psychological resilience and improving the quality of life of patients.
