摘要
目的观察酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)法检测的乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)、丙肝抗体(Anti-HCV)的初、复检及再检的符合率情况,探究其作用和意义。方法用2种不同厂家生产的ELISA试剂盒对2017年-2019年度乌鲁木齐市血液中心无偿献血者样本进行HBsAg、Anti-HCV检测。对初、复检阳性样本按要求进行再检。结果2018年、2019年HBsAg阳性率高于2017年,HBVDNA阳性率逐年降低,Anti-HCV较2017、2018年升高;单遍试剂与双遍试剂阳性标本再检符合率有统计学差异(P<0.05)。而初检单遍试剂复检单遍试剂阳性标本再检符合率无统计学差异(P>0.05);初、复检阳性检出率有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论通过对初、复检阳性标本的再检情况的分析,提高实验室质量,将血液安全做到最优。
Objective To observe the coincidence rate of initial,re-examination and reexamination of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg)and hepatitis C antibody(Anti-HCV)detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and to explore its role and significance.Methods HBsAg and anti HCV were detected by ELISA reagents produced by two different manufacturers in the samples of unpaid blood donors from Urumqi blood center from 2017 to 2019.The positive samples of initial and re inspection shall be retested as required.Results The positive rate of HBsAg in 2018 and 2019 was higher than that in 2017,the positive rate of HBV DNA decreased year by year,and anti HCV increased compared with 2017 and 2018;there was significant difference in the coincidence rate between single pass reagent and double pass reagent positive specimens(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the coincidence rate of single pass reagent retest and single pass reagent positive specimens retest(P>0.05);There was significant difference in the positive detection rate between initial and reexamination(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the analysis of the positive samples in the initial and reexamination,the laboratory quality can be improved and the blood safety can be optimized.
