摘要
党的十九届四中全会强调要“全面提高网络治理能力”,突发事件中网民群体情绪是网络治理的重要问题,相关研究可以为后续的理论探究及治理实践提供重要参考。本文基于中国知网(CNKI)数据库,采用文献计量法与内容分析法,以“突发事件+情绪”为主题词,对相关文献的研究主题与视角、研究方法与技术进行知识图谱分析。在此基础上,分析当前我国相关文献的研究重点与热点,指出现有研究的不足及未来方向。本文发现,情绪分析与测量、群体情绪传染/感染规律、情绪传播的关键节点、负面情绪的危机应对是当前的研究重点与热点。网民情绪传播的理论支撑及其背后的社会心态、非文本情绪信息的分析与测量、不同情绪类型的影响效应、网络负面情绪的治理体系是未来研究的方向和趋势。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee stressed the need to“improve network governance capacity comprehensively”,netizen group emotion in emergencies is an important issue of network governance,related research can provide important reference for subsequent theoretical exploration and governance practice.By using the bibliometric method and content analysis,with“emergency+emotion”as the subject word,this paper is based on CNKI database to analyze the knowledge map of research theme/perspective and research method/technical of relevant literatures.On this basis,it points out the current hotspots and shortcomings of the related research and discusses the future research trend.This paper found that sentiment analysis and measurement,law of netizen group emotion contagion/infection,key nodes of emotional communication,crisis response of the negative emotions are the main research hotspots.The theoretical support and the social mentality of netizens’emotional communication,analysis and measurement of non-textual materials,the influence effect of different emotional types,the governance system of negative emotion on the Internet are the research trends in the future.
