摘要
新文科建设中卓越新闻传播人才培养是一次全面改革与创新,如果单在本科层面推进,内在张力比较突出,在知识扩张与培养期限、学科交叉与专业融合、知识传授与能力培养等方面都存在张力。解决路径是贯通本硕人才培养,形成两条腿走路的格局,一是本硕贯通的培养方式,二是本科双学位的培养方式。
The outstanding journalism and communication talentstraining in the new liberal arts construction is a comprehensive reform and innovation.If it is only promoted at the undergraduate level,the inherent tension is relatively prominent,which exists in knowledge expansion and training period,interdisciplinary and professional integration,knowledge transfer and ability training,etc.The solution is to integrate the training of undergraduate with master talents and form a pattern with dual development paths.One is the training form of undergraduate and master’s degree,and the other is the training form of undergraduate double degree.
