摘要
西部院校卓越新闻传播人才的教育培养,不仅要努力克服地理位置、经济发展、办学基础、办学条件等先天不足,还面临着部校共建尚未全部落实、师资队伍建设、人才培养模式与新型人才培养要求难以匹配、教师教研教改意识不强等问题。未来应从系统论出发,坚持马克思主义新闻观的统领地位,实现理论与实践的有机统一;推动部校共建落地;建构人才培养新体系,加快加强对媒体融合、转型发展的研究与教学。
Education and training of excellent news talents in colleges in western China not only needs to overcoming difficulties such as geographical location,economic development,educational conditions.In addition,it also faces challenges such as incomplete implementation of joint construction between departments and schools,difficulty in matching faculty construction,the requirements of new talent cultivation,and the weak awareness of educational reform among teachers.The paper concludes that,in the future,we should build a new system for talent training with the emphasis on Marxist,promote the establishment of the ministries and schools,enhance the research and teaching on convergence,transformation and development of the media.
