摘要
以"技术起点"为操作路径,国家顶层设计开启了县级融媒体中心的建设工作,并成为各县域近年来地方工作的重点。但基层广电系统既有存量的复杂性,使用单一的技术要素作为逻辑起点,无法推进县域传统媒体与新兴媒体的有效融合,本研究通过"扎根理论"对81位基层广电管理者关于"县级融媒体中心"这一制度安排的观点资料开展分析,结合"互动过程分析系统"(IPA)的社会情绪分析,发现其中存在"情境要素""关键驱动力""限制条件""生存策略""心理结构与路径选择"五个关键影响因素,同时也存在积极情绪与消极情绪间的流动、对峙和平衡点的寻求,并据此讨论一条存量转化、情绪调和、创新驱动的"组织逻辑"路径的可能,这将为有关县级融媒体中心的理论研究和现实实践提供新的视角与基本参照。
With the"technical path"as the starting point of operation,our country has started the construction of the County-Level Converged Media Center,which has become the focus of local work in each county from 2019 to 2020.However,the complexity of the existing problems within the grassroots broadcasting and television institutions makes it impossible to promote the effective integration of traditional media and emerging media in the county from a single technological path as a logical starting point.This study uses"grounded theory"to analyze the opinions and data of 81 grassroots broadcasting and television managers on the institutional arrangement of the County-Level Converged Media Center,combined with"Interactive Process Analysis System(IPA)"to conduct emotion analysis,and finds that there are five key influencing factors:"Situational Elements","Key Driving Forces","Conditional Restrictions","Survival Strategies",and"Psychological Structure and Path Selection".At the same time,there is also the flow,confrontation and balance between positive and negative emotions.Based on this,this study discusses the possibility of an"organizational logic"construction path composed of the transformation of stock resources,the adjustment of emotions in the organization,and the innovation of internal driving forces,which will provide a new perspective and basic reference for the theoretical research and practice of the County-Level Converged Media Center.
