摘要
深入贯彻落实党的二十大精神,推进全面依法治国,有必要对习近平法治思想进行更深入的研究。本文认为,可从三个维度强化对习近平法治思想的理解和运用,即学深悟透习近平法治思想的精神实质,精准掌握更高水平法治中国建设的行动先导;对标对表习近平法治思想的总体要求,紧密围绕更高水平法治中国建设的目标任务;高度聚焦习近平法治思想的根本所在,扎实推进更高水平法治中国建设走深走实。
To thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and promote the rule of law in an all-round way,it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth study of Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law.This paper holds that we can strengthen the understanding and application of Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law from three dimensions,that is,to understand the spiritual essence of Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law and to grasp the action guide of the construction of a higher level of rule o f law in China;According to the overall requirements of Xi Jinping's thought of rule of law,we should closely focus on the objectives and tasks of building a higher level of rule of law in China,highly focus on the fundamentals of Xi Jinping's thought of rule of Law,and firmly promote the construction of a higher level of rule by law in China.
