摘要
分析人工智能时代短视频成瘾原因及解决机制,并立足人工智能时代我国的特殊国情提出建设性的建议,是当前信息传播环境治理的重要方向。短视频成瘾既是一种行为成瘾也是一种技术成瘾,神经质是其显著影响因素。短视频成瘾时的心理状态是一种心流体验,除了个体的人格特点以及心理需求会促成不同程度的短视频成瘾外,短视频的系统特点以及整体的社会环境也是短视频成瘾的原因。解决短视频成瘾问题,除了要提高用户媒介素养和建立防成瘾机制外,也要细化监管的内容和标准,有针对性地对特定群体给予社会支持。
It is an important issue to analyze the causes of short video addiction in the age of artificial intelligence and its solution mechanism based on China's special national conditions in the age of digital media,especially in the governance of the current information communication environment.Short video addiction is both a behavioral and technological addiction,with neuroticism as a significant influence factor,and the psychological state of short video addiction is a kind of flow experience.In addition to the personality characteristics and psychological needs of individuals that contribute to different degrees of short video addiction,the systematic characteristics of short videos and the overall social environment are also the causes of short video addiction.In order to solve the problem of short video addiction,we should not only improve the media literacy of users and establish anti-addiction mechanisms,but also refine the content and standards of regulation,and provide social support for specific groups.
