摘要
深度贫困地区的健康扶贫是扶贫攻坚"硬仗中的硬仗",加强三级医院对口支援贫困地区县医院建设是健康扶贫的重要举措。文章通过实地调研深度贫困地区对口支援和受援医院服务能力建设现状,分析对口支援成效和存在问题,为完善对口支援政策,改进对口支援方式,引导人才下沉,提高帮扶效果等提供建议。
Poverty alleviation via healthcare in poverty-stricken areas is the most tough"battle"in poverty alleviation work,in which one of the most important measures is to strengthen the support of tertiary hospitals in the construction of county hospitals in poverty-stricken areas.This paper,based on a field research on the status quo of counterpart support and service capacity building of recipient hospitals in poverty-stricken areas,analyzes the effectiveness and existing problems of counterpart assistance,and provides suggestions for improving counterpart support policies,adjusting medical assistance methods,encouraging talents to work in grassroots health institutions and promoting the outcome of assistance.
