摘要
现阶段的工程建设体系中,水利规划是不可或缺的组成部分,其能够产生非常高的综合影响力。从客观的角度来分析,水利规划设计的进行,受到的各方面影响因素较多,既要遵循国家的相关规范、标准,又要大幅度提升自身的可靠性、可行性。可持续发展的理念,是水利规划设计的核心组成部分,需要在发展的综合价值创造上,按照全新的思路、标准来调整,从而为国家的基础设施完善奠定坚实的基础。文章就此展开讨论,并提出合理建议。
In the current engineering construction system,water conservancy planning is an indispensable part,which can produce a very high comprehensive influence.From an objective point of view,the water conservancy planning and design is affected by many factors,not only to follow the relevant national norms and standards,but also to greatly improve their own reliability and feasibility.The concept of sustainable development is the core component of water conservancy planning and design,which needs to be adjusted according to new ideas and standards on the creation of comprehensive value of development,so as to lay a solid foundation for the improvement of national infrastructure.This paper discusses and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
