以素养为本的化学微型项目式教学设计——以制作网红自热火锅为例 被引量:3

摘要 以制作网红自热火锅为主题开展了微型项目式学习,让学生通过课前文献查找等活动确定了自制的关键是制作发热包。围绕制作发热包,从化学的角度揭示其发热原理、探秘其化学组成。带领学生在理论学习、实验设计、定量探究等系列活动中运用知识解决问题,建构化学反应与能量转化的认知模型;发展学生宏观辨识与微观探析、科学探究与创新意识的学科核心素养;从生活应用到化学知识再反馈到生活应用,让学生在产品使用、作品制作的过程中,感悟化学知识的社会价值,并提升科学态度与社会责任。 With the theme of web celebrity self-heating hot pot,micro-project-hased learning wms carried out by selecting life materials and extracting situational problems.Let the students determine the key of making the heating bag through literature scarch before class,and reveal the heating principle and chemical composition of the heating bag from the perspective of chemistry.Lead students to solve problems with knowl-edge in theoretical learning,experimental design,quantitative inquiry and other activities,and construct cognitive models of chemical reaction and enery trarsformation,To develop students’discipline core accomplishment of macroscopic identification and microsecopic analysis scientific inquiry anl innowation consciouness;From life application to chemical knowledge and then feedbuack to life application,students can under-stand the social yalue of chemical kngwledge in the process of product use and prduction,and improve their scientifie attitule and social re-sponksbility.
